“A story about a man stuck living in the
past while the rest of the world moves on!”
This is the story about an old school biker named Bill from the back
woods of Western PA. It's a story about the spirit of a man past his
prime but remembers himself from back in the day. If Bill were to talk
about the time when he was young, roaring out on the big slab with his
favorite dog, one hand on his bike the other on his beer, he'd say
that in that beer was a taste of glory. Though we all know that even
beer can lose its foam, that times change, glory fades, and dreams drift
into the great beyond... And so it was for Bill
Or so he thought.
The film begins as usual, Bill and his dog, Candy, both drunk, stumble home from a hard night of drinkin' at The Ranch Bar. They weave their way through the front yard and... pass out, as usual, though on this fateful morning something else happens. Candy bites the big one (she dies) and Bill loses the most faithful woman he ever knew.
The next day, Bill and Igor hold a funeral for the dog, then head off to The Ranch Bar for a memorial service and to mourn her passing. Even so, when they arrive, they find that the bar's been booked by the yuppie called King a.k.a. "The Next Dennis Hopper."
Hence, Bill and Igor must reclaim The Ranch and boot out the yuppies. By doing so, Bill brings back the "good ol' days" and relives his faded glory. At the same time, he comes to terms with the man he is as well as the man he once was and is able to move forward instead of living in the past.
